Together & Apart

In April 2020, Lone Oak & 2 Crows brewed the same base beer and fermented them with our respective yeast cultures in oak at our respective locations (Halifax and Borden-Carleton). Once the beer had fermented and conditioned, we shipped over a tote with about half of our batch and blended it with half of theirs. “Together” is our blended version, and “Apart” is our unblended version. The beers are super dry, lemony, classic light farmhouse ales with notes of hay and gentle funk.
