Delight

Delight is a golden sour aged in chardonnay barrels for eighteen months. It was then racked onto peaches for an additional three months and bottle conditioned to complete. Brewed with barley, wheat, and oats, this beer is tart, juicy, and refreshing. Expect large notes of peach, apricot and an underlying white wine and oak tannin.
