This beer is a cross between two of our favourite styles here at Lone Oak; a hoppy pale ale, and a mixed ferment farmhouse ale. A grist of PEI pale ale malt, and a hop blend of all American hops was fermented by our house mixed culture in the foeder. Expect a medium bitterness, and notes of white grapes, pineapple, oak, and brett funk.
